The bill was introduced the past Wednesday. At skihelmets.org, we understand the magnitude of such a bill and applaud Senator Yee for his efforts. My wife and I decided this year to put our two older boys in weekly lessons and we committed to bringing our daughter (3) to the slopes a few times this season as well to start getting used to the idea of skiing before she starts lessons next season.
